Cosmic Kids Yoga and mindfulness channel has hundreds of story based yoga and mindfulness videos for kids. Betsy the Banana is a kid favorite!
GoNoodle is a fabulous resource for Mindfulness videos like "Bring It Down" or "Rainbow Breath" in the Manage Stress category or "From Mindless to Mindful" in the Enhance Focus category.
Common and Colbie Caillat - "Belly Breathe" with Elmo. A short music video to demonstrate self-regulation by breathing (for pre-K-1)
Jaime from Cosmic Kids explains how the brain works in times of stress using a kid-friendly analogy of the guard dog and the owl. Also, let her guide you in a meditation to separate from emotions and be the pond.
